I'll tell you.

Steps
- Open Windows Phone Store
- Select any app and download it
- Enter your Microsoft Account details when asked
- You will get an error stating "Activation Failed"
- Tap Close
- Go to this link
- Select the Chat Option
- There will be a wait for some time and then you will be connected to a live agent
- Be polite, and wish them good morning (not if it's night)!
- Now follow the next steps exactly as I say
- Tell them that you just factory reset your Windows Phone 7. You were trying to download an app and that asked for the code
- They will ask your phone model
- Say it's an HTC HD7
- They may ask if you updated your software or anything. Say no.
- They may ask the reason of the factory reset. Say it was getting sluggish.
- They will ask for your IMEI number. You can check that by dialing *#06# . Tell the real number.
- Soon they will give you the activation code
- Type that in your phone and activate
- Say thank you to them!
- Congratulations! You just legitimately activated your Windows Phone on your hacked HTC HD2.
